Privacy notice

This covers the details you give us when you join the Nudgent tester list on this website. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Who we are

Nudgent is built by Chris Kehoe. If you have any question about your data, email hello@nudgent.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Anything you choose to type into "What would you want it to help with?" Please don't include medical or health details there; we don't need them.
• The date and time you signed up, and which form you used.

To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address for up to an hour. We can't turn it back into your IP address.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about testing Nudgent and its launch, and to understand what people want it to help with. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who sees it

The Nudgent team only. Your details are stored with our web and email host, Hostinger, who process them on our behalf. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until the tester programme and launch are finished, and no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@nudgent.co.uk and we'll act on it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
